I just finished uploading this Townhouse for sale, 331 E 3RD STREET, North Vancouver, BC

Last night I dreamt of the perfect townhome, it was located in a peaceful corner of Lower Lonsdale and the layout was perfect for my situation. Working from home, I would take short breaks and walk to the Shipyards pier...grabbing a coffee along the way and enjoying the views of downtown Vancouver or sunsets if I walked there in the evening. I felt Iucky to call this area my home. The dream continued...I settled in for the evening beside my wood burning fire place and started reading a novel that a friend had recommended, but was distracted because I was planning to unwind this weekend and couldn't decide if I should jump on a ferry or stay local and enjoy my new home. What would you do?
