Grant was born and raised in South Africa and then moved to Canada in 1996. From there he developed a passion for houses and people by starting his career in energy audits in 2008 and then started his own home inspection company in 2010.

Now his passion is to help people buy and sell homes with his educated opinion and problem-solving solutions on listings with pre listing inspection as well as knowledge on purchases to help come to a fast accepted offer with experience in housing and main components.
